Long-term industrial practices have proven that avoiding waste during the planning and design phase is far more effective than remedial measures after production initiation. With the ability to pre-simulate work processes, more and more enterprises are applying MTM throughout the entire cycle of manufacturing system establishment, yielding positive results. As digital technology continues to advance, integrating MTM with digital technologies has become a crucial means for enterprises to further enhance competitiveness.
For this forum, we will invite experts and managers from diverse industries in the fields of production manufacturing and digitization. Together, we will explore the application of MTM in the work planning and design of prospective production systems, particularly its integration with digital technologies. Participants will share successful experiences in establishing leading production capabilities.

The Industrial Engineering MTM China Forum is a professional event initiated by the MTM ASSOCIATION and organized by MTM (Shanghai) Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Circular economy and remanufacturing are no longer mere concepts; they are systematically practiced by several businesses today. The next step towards sustainable production and a crucial element of the circular economy is the broad-scale integration of remanufacturing processes into manufacturing companies to utilize resources more efficiently.
KIT is on the verge of making a significant stride towards intelligent and sustainable manufacturing. With the Remanufacturing Technology Innovation Center, KIT intend to address the challenges and research needs in the circular economy and remanufacturing specifically, explore global application areas. The center consists of 9 workstations, each showcasing different remanufacturing technologies such as 3D Robotic Quality Camera Inspection, Battery Remanufacturing, Traceability and Pairing, etc. The main objective is to demonstrate how the latest technological advancements and data insights can enhance sustainability in the manufacturing sector.
Guided by the principles demonstrated in the RTIC, the goal is to leverage recent technological advancements and data insights to enhance sustainability in the realm of production.
